Low Phosphate Media?

Dear Jonathan,
I do not know a commercial source of low phosphate media, but it is easy
to prepare. J. Warner describes the preparation in Methods Enzymol. 194,
423(1991), and he includes references to the original description. Such a
preparation works well for labeling yeast with 32-P phosphate.
