Dear yeast newsgroup: 

I'm interested in cloning a metallothionein gene from a LamdaYES library  
by complementing a yeast cup1 mutant. For this experiment I need a 
haploid ura3minus, GALplus, cup1 null mutant that is hypersensitive to 
copper.

If anyone out there has such a strain please let me know.
