competent cg1945 for 2hybrid

G'day to all,

Does anybody have "the ultimate" method to obtain high efficiency competent 
CG1945  yeasts for the 2 hybrid system. I am doing a sequential 
transformation rather than co-transformation. I cannot, so far, obtain a 
transformation efficiencies of > 10 to the 3 or 4 and, as a result, I am 
forced to do many transformations. I am following the method descibed in the 
Matchmaker protocol pamphlet.
