Matchmaker libraries

I am currently getting ready to start using the two hybrid system.  I am
looking for libraries which I can use, I believe that a human endothelial
cell or fetal brain library will be my best bet for finding interacting
partners.  Mouse libraries may work as well.  I am thinking of ordering
the commercial libraries  from Clontech.  Does anyone have any experience
with their products or advice on choosing a library?  My DNA-BD fusion is
constructed in the pAS2 plasmid.
