5-FOA and S.pombe

Dear Emma et al.,
I have used 5FOA to integrate reporter fusions into ura4 using the same
recipe as for S. cerevisiae (the YNB-aa-am. sulfate recipe).  It should work.

Can anyone tell me what the working concentration is of 5-FOA for 
S.pombe.......for S.cerivisiae it's 1mg/ml of media.
Any other 'top tips' / 'tricks of the trade' when selecting with 5-FOA 
would also be really useful as this is my first time using it.
