Yeast Two Hybrid : PCR of Inserts in pGAD10

Dear All,

We are currently using both the Brent and Clontech Matchmaker yeast 
two-hybrid systems and are trying to amplify inserts in selected 
pGAD10 library members with very little success.

Does anyone have working primer sequences and/or conditions to amplify 
sequences from yeast minis....?
