antibodies to ribosomal proteins??

Does anyone out there have any antibodies to an integral ribosomal protein
from yeast (or another fungi that will cross-react to Saccharomyces)? 
I've heard that because most ribosomal components are highly conserved
across eukaryotes, its difficult to raise specific antisera. Does anyone
know more about this?
