Howdy Yeast Fans!!
I'm studying virus particle assembly in yeast, and it seems that there are
lots of small RNAs getting packaged into my particles (a non-yeast
virus)...Could anyone give me a quick idea (besides tRNAs) about what small
cytoplasmic RNAs exist in yeast? I've heard of them, but a couple minutes
searching has come up with naught. Any references might be useful, but a
simple list will get me started. Many thanks in advance!!
