Hello All, I have a yeast strain, EGY40, that was derived from GG100-14D. I am looking for the genotype of this strain. Specifically I need to know if the mutant trp allele is a double point or deletion. Is there anybody out there that has this info? With much appreciation, Dan Harkness Boston University
