Hello All, can anybody with any experience using 3-AT tell me what the maximum concentration can be regarding something like the Elledge yeast two-hybrid selections? Is it productive to use 100mM? Any info/references would be greatly appreciated. Dan Harkness harkness at bio.bu.edu
