I have plasmids with various arg4 markers that all are welcome to, along
with plasmids for 2-step integration, one-step disruption, etc.  

You should be aware of the fact that can1 (canavanine resistance) is
incompatible with arginine auxotrophy, since CAN1 encodes the arginine
permease.
