two hybrid yeast strains flocculating

Hello Alan,
Haven't a clue why this might be happening, but we also got the same with 
strain HF7c, which always flocculated in YPD or dropout media. Didn't 
seem to affect subsequent transformations though. We have since changed 
to strain Y190, more because of its greater sensitivity in LacZ assays, 
and this one doesn't flocculate at all.
