pYES2 can recombine ?

 Hi Netters, 

	I'm working with shuttle-vector pYES-2 for sub-clonning some 
genes. I'd like to know if this plasmid can recombine with the yeast DNA 
when it's inside (by transformation), or if it can be lost with the time. 
Please if someone could help me write to midsilva at usp.br or answer by the
