I got freeze-dried E.coli containing a plasmid. Is it feasible to grow it? or should I do phenol-chloroform extraction? Or can I do PCR amplification? Please tell me how to use freeze dried E.coli. Thanks. T. Shimokawa tshimokawa at yamanouchi.co.jp
