The information on ownership of Pichia by Phillips Petroleum is out of
date. They sold the rights to the system and all materials to Reserach
Corproation Technologies (RCT), Tucson, AZ. 
RCT can provide background information on the Pichia system. Invitrogen
Cororation (San Deigo) is licensed to sell kits and provides up to date
technical services and contract reserach and development services.
