Yeast cfu:OD ratios

In addition to the remark of Stanyon about cfu:OD I'ld like to mention
that OD is also dependent on the volume of the cells. That partly
explains the difference between log cells and stationary cells. It also
explains (partly) the difference in one strain cultured on different
media.

So, better check your ratio before using one from lit/inet.
