Hi, does anyone have a good protocol or reference to a protocol for purification of a GST-fusion protein expressed in S. cerevisiae? We are having trouble with this, seemingly at getting the protein to bind to the affinity column. Thanks, Todd Hryciw Dept. of Microbiology U. of Saskatchewan
