Dear Netters,

I've got some questions concerning the MATCHMAKER Two-hybrid system:

1. Is it possible to detect enzyme-substrate interactions e.g. between
   a protein kinase and its substrate (any references) ?

2. Which reporter gene is more sensitive for the detection of
   protein-protein interactions in strain HF7c, lacZ or HIS ?
