Tryptophan deficient needed

Hi,

We are working on a potential tryptophan-like permease in the plant
Arabidopsis.

We would like to perform molecular complementation experiments with
our cDNA, and would therefore like to try transforming tryptophan
transport deficient yeast mutants.

We have transformed wild-type yeast and are therefore familiar with
the techniques, but we are unfamiliar with the availability of
such mutant strains and would like to hear from anyone who might
be able to point us in the right direction.

Thanks for any help.
