Bio-yeast

I sent you a message before, but this time I would really appreciate if
you can help me with this:  In my Biology class we have been studying
yeast fermentation and we recently did an experiment with it.  Now we have
to write up a lab report, but I need data to back up my hypothesis.  I
would be really thankful if you could send me information about the
reaction of sugar on yeast.
My hypothesis is that the more food yeast receives the more carbon dioxide
it releases.
Please help me.
