I would like to use ura3 to do a PCR-knockout. The ura3-52 allele is not appropriate since it is a Ty-1 insertion, not a deletion. Does anyone have an appropriate ura3 deletion, analagous to the his3-delta200? Secondly, where does one look in a systematic way for such strains other than YGSC?
