Hi, Any body know a good INTRODUCTORY text on yeast genetics and chromosomes? I'm specially interested in comparisons of yeast histones with mammalian ones, particularly the highly conserved ARG-rich regions. Do yeasts even *have* histones? (Shows I know a lot!) Thnax in advance.
