I am going to construct a kill curve (~50%) on S. cerivisiae with use of EMS. I a'm wondering if anyone has a protocol or advice they can offer. I have never attempted mutagenesis with EMS and would like a rough idea of what concentration I should use as a starting point. Thanks Erickson <edumaual at csulb.edu>
