Lys2 and/or Ade2 vectors

Here are two vectors: 

pRS412 is a YCp plasmid with an ADE2 marker, and is available from ATCC
(catalog number 87478). 
pRS317 is a YCp plasmid with a LYS2 marker, and is available from ATCC
(catalog number 77157).
