human 2-hybrid cDNA library

Dear netters,

        I am desesperately looking for a human cDNA library (if possible
from testis or ovary) fused to any activation domain to perform two-hybrid
analysis. The plasmid should have a LEU2 or TRYP1 marker.  I would
therefore be very happy if someone could kindly give me an aliquot for
amplification or tell me where I could one. I am ready to pay for the
shipment.
