Library Amplification Problems

Hi yeast users,

I am trying to amplify a cDNA expression library (Clontech) which is 
cloned into pACT and transformed into the E. coli strain BNN132. The 
problem I'm having is getting the bacteria to lyse properly. I have been 
using normal maxi-prep solutions, and the yields of DNA have been 
terrible. If anybody has had the same problem and found a method for 
improving DNA yeilds, some suggestions would be much appreciated.
