I have been trying to grow up HF7C yeast transformed with my bait protein in SD -TRP medium. The cells are forming large aggregates following overnight incubation. Has anybody seen this before? Any ideas why this is happening? Many thanks Sarah Wadd Institute of Virology Glasgow
