I have been trying to grow HF7C yeast cells that have been transformed with my bait plasmid in SD-TRP medium. Following overnight culture the cells aggregate at the bottom of the universal. Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas why? Many thanks Sarah Wadd Insitute of Virology Glasgow
