WANTED: mammalian cDNA expression library for THREE HYBRID SCREEN

We'd like to try a version of a "three-hybrid" screen: interaction of
bait and prey is dependent on phosphorylation of bait, bait is not
phosphorylated in yeast, cDNA library would be screened for kinase that
establishes interaction.

What we need is a full-length mammalian cDNA expression library fused to
the SV40 nuclear localization signal, preferably on a 2u plasmid vector.

Does something like this actually exist? Any ideas?
