A 2 years postdoc position is open any time in 1997, at the Service de Biochimie
& GŽnŽtique, C.E.A Saclay (Paris), headed by Dr. A. Sentenac. The position is 
supported by a european training and mobility scheme and is thus only available 
to non-french citizens of the European Union. The general aim of the project is 
to understand the role played in eucaryotic gene transcription by a set of 
subunits that are common to all three RNA polymerases and are functionally 
exchangeable in vivo between mammals and yeast. Standard training in molecular 
biology is required. Familiarity with yeast molecular genetics is not essential.
