Preparation of yeast nuclear extracts

Does anyone have a reccomendation for a "quick and dirty" method to enrich
for nuclear proteins from a S.cerevisiae extract. I am really interested
in getting rid of the bulk of the cytosolic proteins before starting
purification of a nuclear protein.

Any advice or comments would be greatly appreciated
