Tryptophan in YPD

Tryptophan Trivia!
Is there anybody knows approx. conc. of tryptophan in YPD media?  Or any 
assay to quantitate tryptophan?  I add 40mg Tryptophan when I make SC, 
but I'm not sure if this conc. is general, isn't it?
