Hello everyone

	I know that this is a yeast oriented mail list , but I'm looking for 
help regarding a procedure for the preparation and recovery of the insecticidal 
endotoxins of the bacterium Bacillus thureniensis in batch cultures. I tried a 
method described in " Biotechnology for biological control of pests and vectors, 
 CRC Press 1991"  which involved two types of media ( peptone media & T3 media) 
where the results were staisfactory  but the procedures were time consuming and 
the recovery required a centifugation speed That I cant obtain.

Please advise me if  you can.
