Human cDNA library marked with URA3

Hi everyone,

I would like to isolate a humanhomolog of a yeast gene by functional
complementation. Therefore, I need a human cDNA library marked with URA3
under control of a strong, constitutive yeast promoter . Could anyone help
me?
