I'm an 18 year old biology student and I am doing lab involving the growth
rates of brewer's yeasts in different solutions. The solutions are 10%
glucose, 10% sucrose, 10% lactose, and 100% water. I would appreciate any
information about the growth rates of yeasts in these solutions and the
biology behind these results.
