GFP and S.pombe

I wish to fuse the GFP ORF onto the 3' end of my S.pombe gene I am
looking into (with the stop removed from the gene) for localisation.

My question is which GFP to use, as there is the wild type and others
from Clontech or the originals from the Science paper 10.1 and TU60,65

What do people generally use to get good signals in S.pombe

I intend to over express the fusion of my gene and GFP in something
like pREP3x

Any info much appreciated
