maximum size of CEN/ARS (YCps) plasmids ?

Hi folks,

   I am wondering how big an insert in a S.c. CEN/ARS plasmid could be.
Specifically, we would like to clone a big chunk of mammalian DNA (more
than 100 kbp) on an E.coli F-factor plasmid (BAC) which could also
replicate extrachromosomally in S.c.  What are the requirements both for
the ARS/CEN plasmid part and the specific yeast strain to keep such a
shuttle plasmid in S.c. without becoming instable?
