In my hands, I have found aqueous solutions of zymolyase not to be terribly stable, and are best made up fresh, stored in ice briefly, and discarded at the end of each day. I would also be interested if anyone knows how to store this. Mike Leibowitz UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School
