Two-hybrid false positives

Dear netters,

Does anybody have a list of most common false positives
in the two-hybrid assay? Using several "baits" as a control
doesn't help always. For a example, when you have related proteins
that may interact with the same target.
Number one in false positives are DNA-binding proteins. I'll appreciate
any additions to this list.
