affect of alcohol on yeast

I am doing a project on the affect of ph, temperature and alcohol on
yeast growth. I am using baker's yeast. I know that between 12-16% alcohol
concentration yeast stop growing but what happens at lower
concentrations.Does yeast growth increase or remain constant?
