One-hybrid false positives

Dear Dr. Aranda,

in Plant Journal 11 (6) 1997, 1237-1251 the group of Dr. Terry Thomas
used an optimized one-hybrid system to find some DC3 binding proteins.
A better HIS3 reporter plasmid "was prepared by replacing the HIS3 gene
of pRS315HIS with a more sensitive one" (whatever this means).
