Host Strain for Highly Efficient Two-Hybrid Selection in Yeast

Hi all,

In paper published by James et al. in Genetics 166 (1996) they report
the construction of a host strain containing three reporter genes each
under the control of a different promotor. With this strain nearly all
false positives are eliminated. Is this strain commercially available,
or does anyone know where to get it from?
