I'm currently doing a feasibily report on the use of Oleaginous yeast in
the manufacturing of acidic protease for the used in fodd product and
have a few questions that I hope you might be able to help me.
1. Can you recommend the type of Oleaginous yeast avaiable for used
in the production of the protease.
2. How do I used it in the manufacturing process using waste cheese
whey as a media.
