who can give me an advice for some references or methods for the
determination of nitrogen and aminoacids in yeast. I am also interested
in the determination of pyruvat, alpha-ketogluterat, oxcalacid and
oxcalacetat in yeast. Each message can be very helpfull for me and my
work.
