I'm working with a little company.
This company manufacture lemon juice without conservative but with a
pasteurisation to eliminate all bacteria.
The actual problem is that after 1 or 2 month, some bottle have
fermentation and the stopper is jumping away.
Who have ideas about natural solutions to solve this problem
