Carlo,

The venerable MET13 is in the Saccharomyces Genome Database at the
following URL:

http://genome-www.stanford.edu/cgi-bin/dbrun/SacchDB?find+Locus+%22met13%22
 
It has recently been shown to be the same gene as MET11, so that may be
causing some confusion in the databases you've checked.
