Dr. Dan Gietz at the University of Manitoba is working on it as we speak. 
He gets 1 000 000 transformants per microgram DNA and will be publishing
soon.  He uses a few tricks that differ from the normal transformation
protocal but it is similar.  I'll post an update when I can.
