We use YEPD with 300 mg/L of zeocin to select for transformants. We
passage the transformants on YEPD with 200 mg/L of zeocin. When grown in
liquid culture, we use YEPD with 300 mg/L of zeocin.
On synthetic dextrose plates, we have been using 150 mg/L of zeocin.
