GFP in yeast

Hi netters,
I try to transform yeast  with GFP5 from HAseloff! The fluorescence is
good under a confocal microscope but there is also a bright yellow
light, even in wt cells. Does somebody know what it is?
And not all the cells are fluorescent, even if they are coming from the
same clone...Any suggestion?
