To Whom It May Concern:

I am at the first time use S. pombe. I will perform
nuclear run-on. I have

two questions.

1. Do sarcosyl equal N-lauroylsacosine (Sigma Cat. L9150, sodium salt)?

2.Can I use glass beads (425~600 microns, Sigma Cat. G9268 or G8772) to

isolate labeled RNA?

I would appreciate that you answer above questions.
